What people ask before starting
Is there a minimum order?
No. A crate of tableware or a full kitchen — I handle both.
Do you deliver outside Marrakech?
Yes, anywhere in Morocco. Lead times depend on volume and availability — I tell you before you commit.
Can I see the equipment before buying?
Yes. Message me and we'll arrange a visit, or I'll send you real photos and videos of the product — not catalogue shots.
How does payment work?
After the quote is approved. The terms are written down before the order leaves, never decided on arrival.
Do you do the installation?
Yes, for refrigeration, cooking and tills. For the rest, I point you to a fitter I trust.
What about warranty?
Every new piece of equipment comes with its manufacturer warranty. And I stay your contact if something goes wrong — that's the whole point of dealing with a person.
